Jules Hogan graduated from Winchester School of Art (University of Southampton) in 1995, gaining a BA Honours in Textiles/Fashion specialising in knitted textiles.
The collection won The Graduate Fashion Week Knitwear Award, the Winchester School of Art Colour Award and was chosen to be exhibited with Texprint in London and Dusseldorf.
Jules is currently a Knitwear designer at Gary Rooney Design London, and has previously held positions at Studio M Design Consultancy London, and as a freelance designer at The Collection, London.
After selling knitwear designs both nationally, and internationally to fashion houses, 2010 saw the launch of her first collection of handmade knitted accessories and items for the home.
All of the fabric is either hand or hand-powered machine knitted and finished in her garden studio in Berkshire. Where possible she supports British companies using surplus yarn, reclaimed buttons and felt made from recycled materials.
